What amenities are included with a Florida Panthers suite?

Suites at Amerant Bank Arena offer comfortable seating, private restrooms, HDTVs, in-suite catering options, and a dedicated suite attendant. Some suites may also provide exclusive access to premium clubs within the arena.

How do I purchase a Florida Panthers suite?

To rent a Florida Panthers luxury suite, visit the Reserve Now page, select your desired game, and choose from available suite options. You can complete your purchase online by entering your payment details. When do I receive my tickets after purchasing a suite?

After your purchase, a representative from the Florida Panthers Premium Sales & Service Team will confirm your suite details and ticket delivery. All suite and parking passes are issued via mobile delivery on the Panthers App.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are exclusively digital and must be accessed via your mobile device. To easily manage your tickets, download the Panthers App and follow the provided instructions. The Panthers App is available for free on both the App Store and Google Play Store. It is recommended to transfer tickets to your guests in advance of your event.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, ACH/bank wire transfers are available upon request. If you have any questions about alternative payment methods, please contact us for further assistance.

Is payment required in full?

Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your suite.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

After your suite purchase, a member of the Florida Panthers Premium Sales & Service Team will send a confirmation email with details on how to order food and beverages through our catering provider at Amerant Bank Arena. Preorders must be placed at least 4 business days before the event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

While catering is sure to enhance your experience, it is certainly not a requirement. You may customize your suite experience with an extensive selection of food and beverage options. Choose from curated set menus or à la carte offerings tailored to your preferences. Following your purchase, a Premium Sales & Service Team representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Preorders must be placed at least 4 business days before the event.

Can I purchase additional tickets (Standing Room Only) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation for additional ticket availability, or contact your representative from the Florida Panthers Premium Sales & Service Team.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under 2 years of age do not require a separate ticket for entry to Amerant Bank Arena.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite and Amerant Bank Arena?

For security reasons, certain items are not allowed inside the arena. Prohibited items include purses, backpacks, backpack purses, cinch bags, sling bags, and drawstring bags. Does my suite ticket provide access to other areas?

Your suite ticket grants access to the luxury suite. Guests on the Nextiva Club level have access to the Club Stoli area.

Can I host a corporate event or special occasion in a suite?

Absolutely! Suites are perfect for entertaining clients, celebrating milestones, or hosting group events. Please contact the Florida Panthers Premium Sales & Service Team to discuss custom branding, catering options, and available add-on’s for your next group event.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Parking passes are available for purchase in the General Parking lots.

  • D Lot Access: Utilize Gate 1 or Gate 7
  • A Lot Access: Utilize Gate 2, Gate 3, or Gate 5

Where do I enter?

Guests may enter through any of the main doors at the front of Amerant Bank Arena.

When does my suite open?

Suites open 60 minutes before puck drop, allowing you to enjoy the premium experience before the game.

Can I order food and beverages from my suite during the game?

Yes, in-suite catering services are available during the game, and guests may also visit the main concourse for additional food and beverage options.
